Refund policy

At Gadgoza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and accessories.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

2. Return Address

If your return request is approved, please send your returned package to the following address:

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original packaging or accessories.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

5. Exchanges

We will replace products at no additional cost if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is defective.

  • The item was damaged during shipping.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Free Shipping & Return Pickup

We offer Free Shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

If your return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Gadgoza will arrange or cover the return shipping at no additional cost to you.

7. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Your Full Name

  3. Photos or a short video showing the issue

  4. A brief description of the problem

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
